1 Definitions and Introduction

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Three mobile payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on bdgo11: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a registered payment account.
• Depositing from a third party's name or account is strictly prohibited.
• All transactions are conducted in Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• bdgo11 may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal if necessary.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdgo11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses have their own specific terms that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

6.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus wagering contribution rates may vary for certain games — please check the individual terms for each bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• bdgo11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus for fraudulent purposes, the account will be closed.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or environment is prohibited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bdgo11 are automatically recorded by the platform's system. Results recorded in the system are considered final.

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless a game could not be completed due to a technical fault on the platform.
• The game provider's own rules (e.g., Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) apply and remain in effect alongside bdgo11's terms and conditions.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, the last confirmed result will apply.
• bdgo11 reserves the right to set limits on any game or market.
• bdgo11 reserves the right to investigate if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

For sports betting (cricket, football, etc.), if a match is abandoned, postponed, or altered, bdgo11's specific sports betting rules will apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgo11 platform:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage (attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts)
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Use of software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to manipulate game results
• Placing bets or conducting transactions using a third party's account
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
• Providing false or incomplete identity information
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward bdgo11 staff
• Attempting to control outcomes by coordinating with other members

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Suspension by bdgo11

bdgo11 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Suspicious financial activity or risk of fraud
• Order from a court or regulatory authority
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

9.2 Closure by Member

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact us through our 24/7 live chat support. Make sure to withdraw all withdrawable balances before closing the account.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdgo11 makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services, but the platform bears no responsibility for the following:

• Interruption to gameplay due to internet disconnection or device failure
• System issues with third-party game providers
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence
• Unexpected technical errors or cyberattacks
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own gaming decisions

bdgo11's maximum liability will not exceed the disputed amount in any case. Gaming and betting carry the risk of financial loss — only wager an amount whose loss would not affect your daily life.
